       ●Identifying, analyzing, and taking precautionary measures regarding occupational health and safety risks in connection with our operations, purpose, scale, context, and risks, aiming to prevent injuries, eliminate occupational diseases and hazards, and developing opportunities and preventive approaches,
       ●Conducting our operations in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements, creating goals and management programs using the best technologies to continually improve the Health and Safety System and its performance, periodically reviewing them, and monitoring the results,
       ●Adhering to the current legal requirements (laws, legislations, regulations, and notifications) and other specifications,
       ●Identifying occupational health and safety risks starting from the materials and suppliers we procure up to the end of the delivery process, and implementing all necessary preventive activities,

OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Hiring: To ensure the consistency of the company's ethical criteria, it is recognized that both technical and vocational knowledge as well as adherence to company rules and the company's social compliance conditions are crucial and important criteria during recruitment. We ensure that policies against discrimination, bribery, and harassment, as well as mistreatment, are valid starting from the hiring process.

Employee Awareness: Believing that the foundation of social conformity stems from conscious employees, we aim to increase the awareness level of employees by informing them about their personal rights, company rules, and working conditions both at the time of hiring and periodically during their employment.

Working Hours: We are committed to ensuring a minimum wage that can cover the living expenses of employees, refraining from paying below the minimum wage, paying overtime in accordance with the laws, and adhering to existing laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime out of respect for human rights.

Non-discrimination: On the principle that all employees have equal rights, there will be no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, or promotions. Also, terminations or retirements based on race, social class, religion, nationality, gender, or political affiliations are unacceptable.

Communication: Believing that success is built on effective communication, we aim to maintain constant interactions among employees and with management, fostering positive relationships between them and ensuring the continuity of these relationships.

Occupational Health and Safety: Recognizing the human as our most valuable asset in all our activities, we prioritize creating a safer and healthier working environment to minimize any potential loss. We commit to providing the necessary equipment for occupational health and safety, complying with local laws, regulations, and standards while considering FERRA FILTER's standards and rules, creating a communicative environment for all employees to work in line with the Occupational Health and Safety policy, and continuously monitoring and managing the risks associated with our activities.

Environment: We guide our operations with a sensitivity to environmental issues that goes beyond legal obligations. We prioritize the reduction of environmental impacts and the protection of energy and natural resources in our product and process designs, considering it as one of our most important tasks for a sustainable world.

Reporting Violations: Ferra Filter employees can report violations through internal reporting channels (Complaint Boxes, Disciplinary Board, etc.). Necessary sanctions are imposed in case of detection of inappropriate behavior.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

Our company's adherence to TS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 Information Security Management System demonstrates our commitment to ensuring information security in production and services, encompassing human resources, infrastructure, software, hardware, customer data, organizational information, third-party information, and financial resources. This system exists to underpin risk management, measure the performance of our information security processes, and regulate relationships concerning information security with third parties.

In light of this, the objective of our ISMS Policy is:

To safeguard our company's information assets from any threats, whether originating internally or externally, whether intentional or unintentional. Ensuring accessibility to information as necessitated by business processes, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining the three fundamental principles of the Information Security Management System in all our operations:

Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to critical information,

Integrity: Demonstrating the accuracy and completeness of information,

Availability: Ensuring that authorized individuals can access information when required,

Our focus isn't limited to data stored electronically; we are committed to securing data in written, printed, verbal, and other similar forms. We prioritize educating all our staff about Information Security Management, raising awareness.

Any actual or suspected vulnerabilities in information security are to be reported to the ISMS Team and will be investigated by the ISMS Coordinator.

Preparing, maintaining, and testing business continuity plans is of utmost importance.

Periodic assessments in the domain of information security are conducted to identify existing risks.

Following these evaluations, we revisit and monitor action plans to address any identified risks.

We strive to prevent any disputes or conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.

Meeting accessibility needs for information and system requirements for business is pivotal. Taking ownership of our products and supporting our customers even after sales is a cornerstone of our responsibility.
